Located in beautiful Spanish Fork, Utah, the house hugs the river near the mouth of Spanish Fork Canyon, which sits at the base of Maple Mountain. The house itself is fairly secluded, and is adjacent to Spanish Oaks Golf Course. Guests can enjoy a beautiful walking path along the river, and the golf course is literally steps away from the front door.
Spanish Fork is located just south of Provo/Orem off of I-15. Maple Mountain Quilt Retreat is just 7-8 minutes off the freeway.

If you’re a fan of golf, then you’re in luck! The quilting retreat has a beautiful, full golf course right outside the front door, making it easy to enjoy a game or two when you need a break from quilting.

Adventurers and nature lovers can enjoy trails of various lengths and difficulties just up the road in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains. Or, if you’d rather stay close to home, enjoy a stroll along the river using the walking path right outside the house.
Skiing
Who says that outdoor fun can only be had in the summer? If you’re visiting in the winter, enjoy great skiing at Sundance Mountain Resort, and treat yourself to a cup of hot chocolate at the lodge afterward.
